Historic Gold Mine Tour
Salmon Berry Tours will provide professionally guided round trip transportation down the beautiful Turnagain Arm to an historic gold mine from the late 1800's. Once there, the owner of the mine gives his own rendition of Alaska's rich gold mining history and the story of the multitude of 1890's buildings and old mining equipment. Then guests have time (and supplies) to dig in the creek and try their own luck at striking it rich!
