Glacier Guide
I’ve been lucky enough to live in Alaska for about nine years and counting. I was originally born in Anchorage, but I grew up as a military kid, so moved from place to place for most of my early life. My family and I settled back in Alaska in the summer of 2017, and I’ve called it home since.
I’ve always been an explorer at heart, and that is reflected in my outdoor hobbies of hiking, skiing, backpacking, fishing, camping, sea kayaking, and rock climbing. I love challenging my limits and being connected with the outdoors. The winters let me relax slightly and expand my indoor-hobby repertoire. I’m currently snow-birding to Montana to finish my major in Parks, Tourism, and Recreation Management. I’ll be entering my final year this coming August, then I’ll be free!
I’ve been working in tourism for five seasons now, and I adore it! I get to share my love and experiences of Alaska with folks from all over the world, and I get to learn more about my home and its culture at the same time. Every day is a little different, which keeps me on my toes and makes for great memories!
