Hi, I’m Kylie and I am so excited to be your Salmon Berry Tours guide! I feel so lucky to have been born and raised in Alaska. I truly believe the recreational opportunities and feelings of grand adventure I had growing up instilled in me an appreciation for nature and Alaska’s scenic views that will never fade, however many times I enjoy them. It’s my privilege to share these with you! I love running in the mountains throughout summer and cross country skiing or cozying up with a good book in the winter! I attended University of Wisconsin Eau Claire for my bachelor’s degree and Vanderbilt University in Nashville for my masters degree. Despite six years outside of Alaska furthering my education, I never doubted for a second that I was coming back home. I have the best of both worlds- guiding in the summer and helping kiddos with speech and language disorders as an SLP in Anchorage School District the rest of the year.
